The fries contain more calories than a 10-piece chicken nugget order, and that’s in addition to the ridiculous sodium content that puts you over your daily recommendation. 

Chick-fil-A Mac & Cheese

While the classic side dish from Chick-fil-A is under 500 calories, it contains 29 grams of fat 1,190mg of sodium, and 28 grams of carbs. Avoid it whenever you can!
